Her experience allows her to understand criminal cases from every angle. She has intimate knowledge of how the Maui Prosecutor’s Office and Maui Police Department investigate, charge and prosecute cases and is uniquely equipped to ensure the best possible outcome if you are being investigated for or charged with a criminal offense.
Kristin also has experience in personal injury cases. There are many challenges one faces after enduring the pain (emotionally and physically) of going through an accident. The decisions you make after being injured can have a lasting impact on your family, your health, and your finances so it is important to have sound legal counsel. You want a seasoned trial attorney who is skilled in negotiation but also passionate and aggressive in court to make sure you are treated fairly, you receive the compensation you deserve, and your best interests are being served.
Kristin has lived in Hawaii for over 20 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Kristin is licensed to practice law in both New York State and Hawaii.
